How do I order from your website?

Simply browse through the menus at the top of the page to find the product or brand you're interested in. Click on the product and within that page will be an option to either to add it to your cart or buy immediately. Once you have navigated to the next page, simply enter your payment details and shipping address and choose the shipping option you require.

How will I know if what I want is the correct size?

Within the page of the product you're interested in will be a comprehensive rundown of the measurements of the garment. All of our products are measured laid flat using the inch system, so it is always advisable to measure any similar items you may own and compare to any new item you're thinking of buying. That way you can ensure a good fit.

When will my item be dispatched?

We will endeavour to ship your item within two working days of receiving your payment. Depending on your part of the world, you can expect to receive your order within seven working days. UK orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail tracked and signed-for delivery.

Are your items new or used?

As we are a vintage website we do source the very best in pre-worn garments, so they are mainly used. We do sometimes come across brand new items and if that's the case, it will be included clearly in the listing.

Are your items genuine?

Each and every single item we sell has been handpicked personally by our experienced staff. We know 100% what is genuine and what is not and this knowledge has come from years and years of dealing with branded clothing within the industry. It is not in ours, or your interest to sell anything other than the real deal, so please do buy with the utmost confidence.

Are your prices fixed?

On the website, prices are indeed fixed, but if you feel like contacting to make a sensible offer then by all means please do so. If you don't ask, you don't get after all. We can't guarantee all items will be reduced, but there may be some room to negotiate with certain items.

Can I return my item?

You may return your item for a refund as long as the return is made no later than 14 days of receiving it. Should it be returned after that time, the refund will be invalid and we will ship it back out to you at your cost. Please understand that we can only refund the cost of the item, NOT the postage costs. All returned items MUST be used using a tracked service as we can't be held responsible for items lost in the post.
